@gloomyoutlook the crew travel for many hours across the world. SYD-LAX is probably the longest flight from Europe and The Western Hemesphire. You can tell how tired that lady is. I do agree that she should be more polite next time, but shes trying and probably half asleep

I have used my mobile phones in customs with no issues. Its a good way to let the person know picking you up if there is a delay at customs.

Thank you for the video. Your iTouch should be fine. Mine was a small HDcamcorder, switching from HD to regular video because of microSD. Have fun.
