CNN reports that Democrats are enjoying free trips at taxpayer expense. Calls them "high flying spring breakers".

For example, one trip went to "Mexico City, Honduras, the Virgin Islands, then Key West. Why? To check out matters of homeland security."

Because you can't secure the homeland without touring the Caribbean.
