I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years now... and i would like to shed some light into the technique of an exercise known as 'The Romanian Deadlift'. When done correctly this exercise is fantastic. It is a great exercise, hitting the Hamstrings, Glutes and Lower back.

  • i like how he is doing ROMANIAN deadlifts and in the backround the plates are rowed in the colors of ROMANIAS flag :P

  • in my opinion, it looks like to much tension in arms.

  • @qandalfTHEgray im interested to know why and where you think there is too much tension? there needs to be tension in the arms to control the weight. There will always be tension when you are lifting.. in this case 60kg. if i dont retract my shoulders, i run the risk of injury
