  • What a beautiful hymn! It had disappeared from youtube so I thank whoever re-posted it! The words are so uplifting! Note to young SINGERS AND MUSICIANS: There is a powerful message in this hymn...please learn the hymns, young people! Alot of what we're calling gospel these days is not really gospel ..AT ALL!

  • the one who posted it before is the one that posted it again. new name, new determination to blessed God's people.

  • I love this song as well, but this song was not the closing song! I was there, it was in the middle. The closing song was "When I Get There" led by Sharon Jackson!

  • sorry about that, that what I get for doing copy and pastse. didn't catch that I had typed that. I know it was not the closing song. and I have When I Get There Posted. thanks for the wake up!

  • Does anyone know all the lyrics to this hymn? For someone unfamiliar to this hymn, it's hard to understand what they're singing... but it's beautiful! Thanks!

  • I grew up singing hymns and honestly feel they are foundations that we in a NOW day generation should continue to pass on to future generations. This is my most favorite hymn...ALOHA from Hawaii...

  • Which hymnal can I find this song in?

  • For a classical setting of this text, go to Nederland Zingt, where 25,000 Dutch congregants sing in Utrecht's Jaarsburg. Youtube "Kom Maar Bij Mij."

  • I don't care what denomination you are. You have to like this song!

  • The chord texture is country. There is nothing wrong with playing that way our calling it country. I play hymns like this all the time. The young man was just calling it country because in music theory thats what it is. I love hymns thats played this way

  • Pastors -Minister of Music; This a lesson in action. Hymns of the church still have saving power-great theology! Get this new age bling praise trash out of the Lord's House. We need what keeps the soul not what feels good entertainment. Lift up Christ not this modern day trash. God hold every Pastor accountable - This is worship! Bring back hymns-You bring back power! Rev Ernest E Felder of San Antonio, Oh Yes I said it!

  • lol!

  • this is sooo country but very nice!!!
