Oh my goodness, travel and going off plan disaster... right before your eyes! :O

Ugh. This week was fun but completely irresponsible for me. Jason did very well -- five stars to him :D

Try using a metal cookie/biscuit cutter to get the round egg. Just spray the inside of the ring with a non stick spray and it should work.

you need to cut open the other side of the can, put the can on the frying pan, and then pour the egg in. good luck.

Jason -- there are these microwave dishes for eggs (I'm not sure how to describe them) that are circular shaped. You should try to get one, I think that would get you the shape you want for an egg muffin.

Shanti my love, my friend tried the flat belly diet and HATED it because of the "sassy water" they make you drink! Congrats on moving towards raw!! You will just keep feeling more and more amazing everyday!! I know from personal experience!

oh, ps. jason, if you spray a little pam in a coffee mug and put your eggs in there, then microwave them, they will make that sandwhich shape. :) should only take 60 seconds or so.
