When you ask a girl a question, and she turns the car radio up, the relationship is over.

Hi this cottage is now a holiday home - my family owns it :) It's very pretty, and indeed has beautiful surroundings, and is a lovely place to stay! (fyi - the indoor shots of straw dogs weren't actually in the cottage) xx

The film cuts from St Buryan to Morvah straight after she nearly runs the lads over. When she toots the horn and they shout and wave their fists, that's in St Buryan... then when David says 'what was that all about?", that's in Morvah, that's the cut in the film where it switches from St Buryan to Morvah. Also in the film they then pass a petrol pump and a church which is also in Morvah.
I thought the church scenes/ village green and the pub - at least the exterior shots - were shot at St Buryan? The farm is really distinguishable in this, doesnt appear to have changed much from the exterior! Were the interior shots of 'Trencher's Farm shot on location or in a studio (it did in those shots look like it was on location) But is/ or was the farm a private residence then? Great video anyway, beautiful part of the world and love the winding and narrow Cornish lanes!

The opening scenes were in St Buryan so the opening shots are not 'accurate'
Its difficult to tell when the location switches in the film but Morvah church is recognisable
The interior of Trenchers Farm in reality is smaller than the film which was def filmed in a studio
Thanks for watching!!!
PS The farm is now a holiday home I believe

Hi yeah most of it was shot near Morvah on the way to St Just. Straw Dogs is a good film that gets very violent at the end
