“The taxpayer next argues that wages are not income but an exchange of property. As money is property and labor is property, so his argument goes, his work for wages is a non-taxable exchange of property. Wrong again. Wages are income...The argument that they are not has been rejected so frequently that the very raising of it justifies the imposition of sanctions.”

people are fooled by theyr ignorance of history and speech...its a dirty trick thats been pulled in the supposed land of the free...people are so used to being submissive to what they percieve as the authorities, they dont even question it... it all stems from the stupidity and ignorance of the american people...theyr brainwashed into accepting slavery and calling it freedom.. i cant believe vast amounts of people arent outraged...its as if a magical spell has been placed on them

@beckweth everyone should take notice of this and watch these videos and read the important secitons of the tax code so you can recite them in court if and when you are prosocuted by the IRS.

This is complete bullshit, of course.
He only beat the criminal charges because he convinced the jury that he BELIEVED he owed no taxes. They also believed he had some emotional problems and a few screws loose, which is pretty obvious anyhow.
The court rejected EVERY ONE of his legal and constitutional arguments re: taxes, and is in the process of collectng, civilly, about 1.5M from him, and is now filing against him for 2002-07. He'll lose, as always.

Rational arguments don't usually work on Truthies.
Otherwise, there would be no Truthies.

Tom Cryer won his case in tax court after they destroyed his life ten years on. Court disallowed him to show ANY evidence, he won by speaking his case.
-
Cryer is an idiot - the Supreme Court did define constitutional income but Cryer refuses to learn what the SCOTUS defined because that would destroy his argument.
The SCOTUS defined income as ascessions to wealth in 1955, which of course includes wages and salaries, which the SCOTUS declared the income tax on wages and salaries as constitutional in Pollock 1895.
The SCOTUS also said that 'Constitutional arguments' are not defenses in tax cases in the Cheek case 1991.

Can you reference that?
Excellent. And I hope this fine man understands that he needs to be vigilant for his safety. Nothing will make the crime network who run the IRS/IMF more murderous than exposing their fraudulent theft-mode to the sheeple.

I did research this more after the show was posted and found out that old Tommy here is a 32 degree freemason, you think that had anything to do with him winning the case?
