BEACH BOYS Dennis Wilson "Slip On Through" LIVE '70

The only known Live Performance of Dennis Wilson's "Slip On Though" by The Beach Boys! The song was the first single released from the 1970 SUNFLOWER album. The group performed the song on the local syndicated obscure Dennis Wholley Show out of LA in the early '70's. The sound quality isn't that great, but it's rarity & visuals should hopefully make it worth while [as a kid I was sitting there w/ my little Craig Mono Taperecorder held up to the TV Set].

Alana = the photographs are from my 50 year in the making collection. I attempted to use some more rare images to keep ity interesting. Kieth Badman's 2004 "Definitive Diary of American's Greatest Band" was a good source. Glad you enjoyed it! As to the sound quality- as stated it's an extremely Rare Recording - made my a 16 yr old kid w/ primitive equipment in 1970.

if the rest of the band would've taken their heads out of the asses and toned down their egos, this would've been done alot more. perhaps if they had shown him some love he might still be around to sing it today.
