Vermicelli Rice Noodles

I LOVE this recipe, my stepbrothers girlfriend made this recipe one day when it was hot.
Thai basil is what makes this dish a fresh taste.
So yeah the recipe is:
-Carrots
-Cucumber
-Red Bell Pepper
-Lettuce
-Lime Juice (for taste)
-Tamarind Powder (for taste)
-Thai Basil (for taste)
-Peanuts (Optional)
-Hard Boiled Egss (Optional)
-Vermicelli Rice Noodles

You cook the noodles, chop everything else and put it together.
Thats pretty much it, its pretty simple :)

where did your step-brother get the recipe?

He got it from his GF, Shes from Laos but I she grew up in Thailand so Im pretty sure its from around there.

Shes a really good cook, she makes (used to) make a lot of oriental stuff. There was one recipe I really really liked, I totally forgot what its called and what is the recipe. I just remember its Soup, but you put in rice noodles in it. Two Ingredients I remember is; Coconut Milk and Paprika Paste. OMG that soup was soooo good, and Spicy :D

@ChadTulik before you say vermicelli is originally vietnamese food go look up into the south east asian history first. Vermicelli noodle was made in South east asia even long before the Vietnamese settle in south east asia.
