Christmas Tunes on the Banjo

The very last thing I did before ripping all the frets off of my banjo on Tuesday was record a little spontaneous Christmas medley. My favorite part of the season is having an excuse to play all these songs on the banjo. :-)

Why are you ripping the frets out, are you going fretless or just replacing them?

I de-fretted a cheap banjo of mine a year back or so, I still mess around with it from time to time. The fretless Banjo will hold me over until I finally get around to building my Shamisen once it gets warmer.
