  • How do the 2 sleds compare. I have ridden a turbo'd nytro on 15lbs of boost but have never ridden an m8 turbo. The nytro I rode did not have much lag, does the m8 have any lag at all. Pound for pound of boost which works better.

  • The M8 turbos have more lag and a lot less low-end power than the Nytro. The Aerochargers have less lag than the Garretts (Boondocker), but the Garretts can produce more boost. The Nytro with the Impulse kit has no noticeable turbo lag because the turbo sits about 4" behind the engine. It has strong throttle response anywhere in the powerband.

  • @TheAdrenalineEffect 4 strokes are heavy, gutless, and take forever to reach high rpm. thats why my brothers crossfire 800 will beat a yamaha nytro xtx. when he pins it, shes there, right away, no lag. now if they turboed, different story. but stock-stock, 4 stroke tech just isn't there yet.
