The Applicability of Title IX

Title IX provides an important protection against unfair policies in school sports. Our lawsuit seeks to keep Title IX from being hijacked by activists whose agenda is rigid quotas, not fairness and opportunity for everyone regardless of sex. Title IX says public high schools must make athletic opportunities available to all students.
