  • Esta muy bien, tienes buen nivel tecnico, pero intenta mejorar la salida del kata cuando sales hacia Kosha-Dachi, te dejas caer hacia alante sin darte impulso que es lo que hace que quede bonito y sea perfecto, intenta mejorar ese desplazamiento. Oss!!

  • esta muy bien, tienes un buen nivel tecnico, pero una cosa que anotar, intenta que al empezar la salida hacia Kosha-dachi, intenta hacerlo mas exagerado como desplazamiento por que se nota mucho que te dejas caer y no queda tan bien y tan preciso que si lo hicieras mas exajerado como desplazamiento. Oss!

  • I'm not an expert and i would say far from it, but still I can see a few weaknesses in your bassai dai.

    First,you don't finish your kata where you started it. Second, there's power in your moves, but they're not fluid enough and a little too fast. Third, you cannot have the correct breathing for this Kata with this speed.

    Anyway, nobody's perfect, and we all need to improve all the time. Have a good training !

  • In my experience there are two things which help me to improve Kata: strengthen your basics as best you can and practice- at least 6 days a week.
