Yes that's it! Brian May said it was a Rhodes in an interview a few years ago but it isn't. I've got both! My wurly is a 200a. What's the difference between that and the 206? Yours sounds exactly like it. I've had Pianets but they don't sound like that.

The 206 is the same amp as the 200. The 200a's amp has a preamp though. The 200's don't have any preamps, but the 200 amps sounds better in my opinion.

Wow wurlitzers are the shit. Im realizing how many songs were really played on them, the more I browse youtube.
I cant afford one though, so Im going to get a casio CDP-100, because to me it seems like thats the best sampled wurli Ive ever heard.

I bought this one from a lady who thought she was ripping me off. It was a 206 student model, and I didnt plug it in when I bought it, played dumb, and bought it for $100. Got home, it was static filled, speakers were intermittent. Chopped it, added an aux out, and this is what it sounded like! Beautiful! Hardly played too...I like the yellow keys so I left them.

Nord Electros are well sampled too. I have a Yamaha XS8 and can't believe the wurlitzer sound coming from it! Better than the Nords...

Great sound. You did this justice. I love that song. I wish they made gear like that still. Even Gibson is making a digital guitar now...wtf? Give me a nice piece of mahogany with a maple top, 6 strings, a good single channel tube amp, and I'm fine.
