Squat day!!!

390x13 (Easy PR) Set halted becaue of some tendon pain, though. Not good.
315x20 The knee wraps took away the pain. I may have to stick with them for the next few sessions.

  • @gmanthebeast1 First of all, he did legs the right way. 1 heavy set- even though the reps were a little high. then 1 widowmaker- 20 reps. Thats how Quads are trainined in DC

  • your tendon pain is from your shit form,go all the way down without your knees buckeling

  • well first youre never suppost to dc with legs,especially free weight squat.But if you did that weight was to light for you,you should never get 13 on any of your sets
