  • How much did this cost if you don't mind me asking?

  • @RossWildish Well the guitar is not mine , i just do the demo's. Contact Emerald guitars website or you can get the Emerald guitars FB page. I would say your probably around 2000 + at a guess.

  • This guitar is beautiful! I absolutely love the sound that you are achieving on this beast! So how do you you have it tuned?

  • @ShaneC989 Thanks for your comment. The from bass end DGA DADGAD. Its an incredible sounding instrument. Beautifully made.

    Thanks Peter

  • I saw the post regaring this guitar on Andy Mckee's facebook, and I'm glad I checked this out! I had always wondered why I never heard a fanned fret carbon fibre guitar before so I was very excited to so much as here of one :O The tone is incredible all throughout each string. Did Andy get a chance to play it? Thanks for sharing the link anyway, I subscribed.

  • @zenfreestyler It was taken to Andy's gig in Belfast by Alister who made the guitar. I have a photo of him with the guitar on my facebook profile page. Peter Vail . I would say you will see more creations from Emerald guitars very soon and i hope to playing them. Thanks for your interest.

  • this guitar sounds not very good

  • @modsbeck Your strings at the bass end will be less floppy/you won't have to use ridiculous gauge strings because of the increased more natural length for each string. I think to have fanned frets like that makes a lot of sense and hope to one day have a guitar like that (even if just a regular 6 string) that I can afford. This guitar has a wonderful tone and that's an amazing piece Sir, the tapping at the end and the resonance this beast has sends shivers down my spine.

  • like a sitar

  • 95% top 6 strings...AKA a standard guitar...show me a vid that showcases the 9 strings more

  • Hey I'm Irish and verry interested in Emerald. Can you tell me where they're based and a rough price range? Much appreciated dude. Awesome vids too.

  • Is there any particular reason to twist the frets like that?

  • Amazing ! :)

  • @geoffreyefloyd Agile have got one
