Why did Ryu's ultra miss off of the ex-tatsu? Was that a mistake in execution or does Viper fall too fast...?

I was hearing that Viper (and perhaps another character) miss when that's done in the corner to them. I haven't verified it in training but that was the buzz at WCW.

Certainly could be execution but man that looked proper.

Marn had a major comeback. It takes alot of skill to manage a deficit and come back the way he did. That said, i dont think Marn is leagues better than Valle, i'm just aware that his Viper is more efficient and is better. Also, i also agree that Valle was cooler when he played Bison.

I think there could be some truth to that.

But I think Valle will have a very nice Ryu once he gets a bit more experience with each individual matchup.

And if Rufus is at a disadvantage against Ryu, it is a very slight one.

Either way, I'm kind of missing the point of what you're saying. You think Marn is leagues better than Valle as well? If so, you might change your mind after watching the first 5 matches of the Grand Finals.

Check the first 5 matches of the West Coast Warzone Grand Finals. Particularly matches 5/8 and 2/8 if you want to see Ryu vs. Viper. Valle makes these wins look like flukes. His air control completely takes Viper out of the picture, and Marn goes running back to Rufus for the final matches.

Marn's sick at like, perfect aiming these moves. :P Just far enough for a cross-over, but it doesn't look like it is. So cool.

Ryu, well... Ryu's Ryu. I can do everything this Ryu can, and most non scrubs probably can also.
