@rayj778, Here's some trivia for ya. There is nothing wrong with marrying first cousins. That was just a taboo propagated by the church. Women age 38-42 having a kid with downs syndrome, being autistic or having some other congenital problems is twice as likely to occur than if two young first cousins had children.

Cause most of the afghans i know are religious as heck & inbreed profusely. 50% of my relatives have married their first cousins!!!! & of course when they couldn't find a first cousin, they moved on to the next best thing: a second cousin. LOL. One of their prophet's wives was his first cousin & now Muslims encourage to marry within the family. I have your same views on religion & superstitious bullshit. I hope some day everyone's view is this.
