Try using urgot for harassing in lanes and you'll have fun with him.  Acid hunter FTW!

But yeah, he's not a very efficient jungler. Though I do think he has a lot to contribute in ganks. Acid hunters do insane damage around level 4 and 5 on. Noxian charge for lock-on, capacitor for slow, and then just acid hunter them down crazy fast. =)
