Taking way to much time formatting a document? Here are some tips on the benefit of using Styles in Word to standardize the appearance and create a dynamic table of contents.
The styles are quickly set throughout the document by using the Autoformat feature. Not built into Word 2007, but you can add it to the quick access toolbar button. One click, and you are formatted!
I don't understand how you set styles without changing the text. I understand that you apply styles in the end but as i understand you need to select for each part of text its purpose (Heading 1,2, paragraph etc). In your video you applied styles in one click, i don't understand how you did it, it takes some time you select style for each part.
