Summary:
Our heroine, Blueberry, starts her first day of summer vacation job-hunting. Soon after she enters the marketplace, an eerie cat statue catches her eye. Before she can realize what is happening, she is whisked away to a strange place where she finds a lone harbor seal. While asking herself questions out loud like the typical Japanese character, the seal lunges inside of her, fusing to become one.
