Heres basically how the system works:

We engineer a coupling with a smaller inside-diameter (ID) than the outside-diameter (OD) of the line-pipe. The pipe ends are pressed into the coupling using a joining unit. This process creates a significant level of interfacial bearing pressure between the pipe and coupling, resulting in a coupling/pipe connection much stronger than the pipe itself.

100% capability for maximum allowable stresses under recognized API 5L PS2 piping codes (we can engineer a coupling for almost any line pipe from 3"-12").
