  • Dietary changes (quit eating meat and dairy, eat more fruits and veggies) and supplements too. Listen to The Life Regenerator on Youtube. Very helpful in conjunction with what you are doing now. Plus lots of meditation and exercise. :-)

  • @multiversedancer what do you eat for protein? What supplements? I will check out the Life Regenerator too. Thanks for the suggestion.

  • the clozaril isnt working for you i start in about a month smi is about to go thru inbox me ur answer thx

  • @tgb19919991 believe me, the clozaril is working. Without it I would be much, much worse. This clozaril has been the best drug I have been on. I just think it needs to be increased.

  • @baaadpuddytat Leafy greens, beans, quinoa, etc. Make sure to supplement Omega-3 fatty acids, acidophilus, Vitamin B's, Vitamin D, and taking a good multivitamin. Find a good chiropractor and have them team up with your psychiatrist. That is what I am doing. You're very welcome. Lots of love, light, and healing to you. Keep up the good fight!

  • I too get this parnoid feeling whenever i leave the house.

  • I have the same watch my channel

  • I have the same problem, walking down a street or shopping in a store or even at work, it constantly feels like im being spied on and it is debilitating, i personally think its part of the illness of schizophrenia/psychosis, so your not alone.

  • those are terrible symptoms to have and i hope you can get past them and feel better.

  • I know exactly what you mean Kat. I suffer it seems every waking hour and I just accept it as my fault. If I can reason it out I can keep "normal"? It's the stigma! It's the economy! It's the way of my lifestyle! And these thoughts make it as real as I can bear it best. It really drains me, but it' better than deluding myself that no one else can be afraid like this. I just delude myself that people are afraid of me and it keeps me fighting my schizophrenia.
