Crystal Chappell Is LOVE !!

At Cedars, Remy stares into the ICU before spotting Ava in the hall. He holds her. She can barely move. She tells him that she's leaving. He asks if he can visit. "I need you to be the father," she says before Jeffrey takes her away. She takes one glance at the baby and leaves. Remy stay behind and cries, collapsing on the floor. Mel comes to him and takes him in to see the baby, proudly watching as he looks at his son.

Jeffrey explains the chaos going on. Olivia's outraged that he has screwed everything up just because she was stuck in an airport. He defends his decision to send Ava away. She refuses to accept that anyone can take better care of their daughter than she can and walks out. He follows her. She throws her phone away in frustration and starts laying into Jeffrey, accusing him of trying to play the hero. He always takes control without thinking about what other people want or need, she says. Olivia vows to take care of her daughter.

Mel takes a blood sample from Remy so they can have proof that Max is his. She's proud of him for stepping up and doing the right thing. This is the only thing he could do, he says.
