Access 2 Entertainment is an accessible customer service policy via membership card that enables people with disabilities to receive either free admission or a significant discount for their support person at participating entertainment, cultural and recreational venues. The program is administered by Easter Seals Canada.

In June 2011, Access 2 Entertainment and The Royal Ontario Museum produced a short film promoting the benefits of designing a fully accessible experience when visiting a cultural or entertainment venue.

As the official customer service policy of the ROM and the rest of the major attractions in Toronto, in addition to the offers maintained by its founding partner Cineplex Entertainment and other Canadian theater chains, the Access 2 card is the leading, turn key solution for venues addressing questions and issues with customer service and disability.
