The first time I heard the first part of this, I thought it was a bit lame, so I skipped it. But that's not my way with music. I went back and gave it a chance, and still today, after hearing it at least 50 times, I still don't get this song. Each time I listen though, it's like I find something new and exciting, and I'm hearing this not so much as a song, but as a maze. It's not predictable, it has subtle sounds of the past, it's new, sounds 16-bit... Truly, this song is simply amazing.
