Blendie: a voice controlled blender

Blendie is an interactive, sensitive, intelligent, voice controlled blender with a mind of its own. Materials are a 1950's Osterizer blender altered with custom made hardware and software for sound analysis and motor control.

I find this video facinating but my parents dissaprove of it when I showed them it. This video is not fake - I can tell from the sound of the blender responding to her voice. Lol the blender seemed to respond to her voice by a factor of 3 and ran at the highest speed at 25-28 but only responded to her voice which was a little higher by a factor of 4 at 1:51-1:54 hence ran a little slower. It's funny when it gave her a fright and she tossed the spoon that she was holding.

I get the feeling there is someone off camera with a variable resistor in hand somewhere along the power cable to this blendie, but amusing concept none the less.

And to the seeming repeated question as to this person's gender, you must be asking out of some form of attraction, if so, it probably wouldn't really matter besides some sense of self justification.
