There are quite good the two aplications, but i think it would be better if you can choose the music you like, as a good mp3 to choose.

It would be easier with the real buttons (LEFT UP RIGHT/Y X A) (like O2JAM)

I haven't played 02JAM, but on this - once you get a feel for the layout of the "hot spots", it gets pretty easy pretty fast. By the way, the video/audio are a little out of sync on this, probably because I am using a free converter :)
