I am not sure how reiki works but you can cleanse chakras through meditation, when you imagine your chakras and then spinning them faster and cleansing them until they are bright and turning fast. When you cleanse them, you will feel much more 'in the flow' .

She's very good, but it'd be better if she could also show a back view as well. Hard to tell what she's "feeling" back there. :)
