You still havent pinpointed what LENT is..lent is FASTING...nothing more, it was practiced bu Jesus and Moses before him...please do not beat about the bush...Lent is abstaining from food and drink from dawn until sunset

Good post...I am a Protestant Chaplain and homeschool my four boys. I wanted to take some time this week to digress from math and such to look at the seasons and celebrations going on around us that are not typically observed in the Protestant faith. This video and the comments by Fr Barron are excellent and will be a part of our study today.
