@ebaychrisnic The actual device is running Linux, its pulling Windows Vista from the Xendesktop server.

can i upgrade/modify Wyse V10L fron tc to XPe ?? i need help for this..

Yes, ALL HP thin clients does the same.
They also support OS Streaming (which in that case would be much more faster on the boot direct to XP ... and with a much better multimedia performance)
