Basically what I meant is that the Snipers resemble the whiny F2P players(not including you) that constantly complain about other players not doing shit or having a lower score then the opposing team, while the Engineer resembles the Premium players that like to taunt/troll the F2Pers.

This video is obviously a metaphor for the engineer looking for a server to play on
The engineer joins a server only to find that there the entire team is snipers who complain that no one is defending/attacking the kart. The engineer realizes that attempting to do the objective is pointless on a server like this so he just decides to fool around and have fun with the other players. This only amuses a few of them, which therefore, he decides just to leave the server which causes more complaining
