It's REALY easy for someone to "say" what they would do in a horrible situation ..but it's an entire deferent story when your actually neck deep in black waters w/ uncertainties all around you. Everyone will have their day of reconning.

Not only is it far-fetched, its complete bullshit. One person making a phone call its not reliable. Show me where the Red Cross backs this up. You won't be able to because it never happened.

Is it so surprising that Black Water and the cops killed people instead of saving them? They sent people away from their homes without even telling them where they were going. They sent them all over the fifty states, far away, without resources to return and then the land and their homes were taken. That is the reality of Katrina. Just hope that you don't live through a disaster unless you are rich and pay for your politicians getting elected

Sounds far-fetched, but this was verified by multiple reliable sources including the Red Cross. It also fell neatly into the m.o. of the Bush Administration in their neocon, ultra-racist agenda.
