Part 2: :) Which is a bone infection that was in her Femur. Childrens Memorial staff were incredible! So Loving and caring to my little girl! Avery is now a healthy 7 year old with a scar that will always remind us everyday how precious she is to us. Her outcome could have been so different. I cant thank Childrens enough for what they did for us. They are truely amazing. Davis' story brought back so many memories and tears! May God continue to bless him!

My Daughter had no were near what happened to Davis. In 2005, my almost 2 year old contracted Salmonilla poisoning from a reptile at a zoo. She did not get the normal symptomsbut had injured her leg and the salmonilla attacked it. She had a high fever and could not walk. They did emergancy surgery on her knee to clean out the infection. She still was running a high fever. Our local hospital could not do anything for us and sent us to Childrens. They ended up diagnosing her with ostiomilitis.
