Darkfall is a sandbox game and as such there is no right or wrong way to play. There are many options and routes to take in character development. This guide is essentially how I'd play if I were starting from scratch again with the knowledge I currently have. It also contains some beginner tips and tutorials.

Just started playing myself and these vids are a great help, TOP game and a lot more enjoyable than the WoW carebear world.

The combat engine is great the game is stable and theres nothing like the rush of fight or flight.

@IcelandicActor Meh if anything it's Runescape mixed with TES. It has the great combat from TES and all of the depth from Runescape, and the laws of Ultima.

I played Darkfall back when the European version came out. One thing I noticed about Darkfall players: They like talking about WoW. A lot.

@mdmyers7206 I still looks like alot of fun, as far as being an action mmo rpg. But honestly the only one I'm probably gunna be able to play is DDO because of the free ness.

@Jeudaos I just bought DCUO; it was a waste of money. It can hardly be called an MMORPG, more like a persistent online comic character combat system with minor RPG elements.
