It's dated 7 month ago, but anyway:
Low blood calcium (Ca2+) stimulates Parathyroid to release PTH, which in turn signals Osteoclast to begin resorption of dead bone cells.
In what we know as the cutting cone formation, Osteoclast infront resorps deadbone cells while Osteoblast behind lay path for new bonecells.

don't wory ther is ca++ feed back - to avtivite of osteoclast but you must now that after 25 years ther is reduction of
osteoblast so care to fracture
I wish there would be an explanation for the formation on osteoclasts!!!
