My video is basically saying:
1. Stop the suffering of civilians (especially the children) on both sides.
2. Stop the human suffering.
3. Stop confusing the issue with religion. There are also Christian Palestinians living in Gaza and The West Bank.
4. Suicide bombers are sick, weak-minded, desperate individuals, who are damned and not rewarded with fabled eternal bliss. They go to HELL.
4. The Israeli force, aggression and response is indiscriminate and excessive.
5. Stop Israeli settlements from expanding. Stop the ethnic cleansing in the occupied areas.

I categorically denounce and abhor ALL forms off aggression conducted on the basis of: Religion; misguided concepts and beliefs based on Prejudice (Historical/Social/Ethnic/Religious)

Its when occupation issues arise that concepts and perceptions become fuzzy.

I HATED the IRA - but I accepted Sinn Fein because it created a route to settle the dispute by Peaceful means and negotiation.
That's what I think should happen in the occupied territories - give Hamas a political dialogue in the world arena and TALK about settling the peace.

My intentions for producing this video were to highlight the human suffering and hopelessness; the injustice in silence; the distinction between occupational resistance and mindless violence committed in the name of religion; The misunderstanding perpetuated by propaganda and confusion of issues and policies generated by various governing bodies and institutions.

The symbols and emblems are used in order to pose questions and place in perspective, issues like:

Who is really involved in the dispute?

What is a terrorist organisation and who used to be and still are real freedom-fighters?

Notice I use the Haganah symbol of defence juxtaposed with the Hamas military symbol? The Haganah, along with the Urgun, were considered terrorists by the British Pre 1948. because of their attacks on British troops.

Link this idea with the UN flag image in the video, with the various organisations' names: ANC, Sinn Fein, Mujahadeen (under Russian occupation), American revolutionary colonists etc.

I am trying to highlight the notion that there exists a fine line between some forms of terrorism and self-defence.

Our perspective of what terrorism is, is coloured, formulated and informed by our own particular circumstances, our own experience and interaction with the world around us.
Our governments go a long way to immerse us in their propaganda: They form alliances around the world then break them then reform them again.

Issues and boundaries become blurred and clouded:

In 1944-45 a terror arose called the KAMIKAZE. A pitiful sect born out of DESPERATION and UNHEALTHY, SICK LEADERSHIP.

THIS IS THE DEMONIC CULT OF THE SUICIDE BOMBER - My video does not honour these people, but pities them for their TWISTED MISGUIDED SICK INSANE INHUMAN ACTIONS. FOR THEY ARE THE DAMNED.

Notice how I use only images of 2 suicide attackers - a 16yr old boy and a young mother. I have done this to emphasise the horror and the desperation and the sickness and the unhealthy leadership within factions of Hamas - just like the differing orders within the IRA often pursued different sometimes horrific solutions and tactics.

This video condemns terrorism in all forms.

It tries to balance some of the perspectives and arguments.


I hope this will provide a little more light on the intentions and meaning within the video.

@spairous14 : Hi, check out "Quark Strangeness and Charm" and "Spirit of the Age" (with the picture of some guys raising a flag on top of Stone Henge) these 2 albums have this version of "Hassan I Sabbah" on them.. Don't know of any others.

Personally I would recommend "Spirit of the Age" because of several other tracks on there: Refer Madness; Steppenwolf; and Flying Doctor to name but a few.
