  • It piss's me off everyone saying poor old Jimmy..I like many saw the band from 78 boy was i duped..jimmy has turned into a TOTAL FAKE..and everyone fell for that Working Class hero shit. He will go wherever the wind blows no morals no honesty...those who still fall for it are mugs you no nothing!!!

  • The All Music Guide calls Pursey an idiot. He sound ahead of his time here. A punk rocker acknowledging that what he's doing is essentially the same as what hippies were doing? In, like, 1978?! INCREDIBLY FUCKING AUDACIOUS!!! His own fans could kill him for saying that, and he knows it.....and he doesn't care!!!

  • cheers for uploading, really interesting

  • @FilthContact I have decided to post the lyrics of my song about Sham and Jimmy on here soon. Next couple of days!

  • @rabsmiff thats fair enough, but i know jim personally, have done all of my life, he's a great guy and he was one of my main role models, everyone who thinks hes gone soft, meet him first and you'll realise he's still a fuckin nutta! long live sham

  • @FilthContact I have written a song in tribute to Sham, called; 'Jimmy Pursey'.

All togevvah, now; ------'Jimmoi, Jimmoi Pursoi. Jimmoi, Jimmoi Pursoi.... Jimmoi, Jmmoi PURSOI!!!!!!!

For copyright reasons I am making the chorus only public.

  • OI! Jimbo!

  • @rabsmiff all i have to say is punks not dead

  • @FilthContact Jimmy P was a famous name in Britain in 1978/79, with a Polydor records contract, and nationwide TV appearences. The first Sham album 'Tell Us the Truth' is still pretty good, especially the live side.JP lost it a bit after going solo, his solo album Imitation Camouflage wasn't like Sham. If I met JP he could well be a nice guy, and the troll comments I wrote was just me being a prat. JP has achieved more fame than I have, he's a working class hero to many.

  • @rabsmiff and how can you prove that? why do you think hes a piece of shit then?

  • @pentad81 jimmy was never a rich kid i have known jimmy for 16 years
