Fallout 3 running on all mediums on my system.

FPS with fraps - 20-30fps
FPS without fraps 24-60fps avg ~42

runs pretty damn smooth, actually :3

@SuckComputer The point of this game is that you are born in a vault and raised...and for some unknown reason your father left the vault leaving numerous questions as the why he left...so in order to try and find him you need to follow in his footsteps and find out why he left to do what he does + i would type more but dont want to spoile it

I've got:

Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHZ

4GB RAM

Windows 7 32-bit

Nvidia 7300GT 512mb VRAM

Even when I am running the game on low it only runs at 14-20fps outside and even slower when I'm inside a building. I run GameBooster and clean out my computer regularly. Can anyone help me with this FPS problem?
