Nice stuff.
have been following chris25119600 and followed links to here and dave's film of the same trip.
My last 3 wild camps have been blessed with great weather but have experienced all sorts of nights in the lakes.

Nice one mate its always supprising when you get home thinking you only have a few mins of footage its always more than you think, jealous of your shots on the tents mine was just a wee bit at the bottom of the screen, sorry to see your tent damage puts a dampner on things, was great meeting you and Mr. Sumner another one soon i hope :) Im about to put a link on the end of my vid to yours and Chris's vid.

Great music to a great bit of video, I didn't expect the rip to be that bad !!! I think there was only the akto what came out alive, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you and dave, your both top top blokes, loads in common, great conversation, great laugh, what a trip, I'm thinking of going again this Friday !!! P.s there is even stronger winds up here at the minute let's hope my house doesn't get the same damage as my tent

@007vauxhall i have wanted to pitch on Great Gable for some time now and it didn't let us down.The rip in the tent is a real pain (and probably costly when i get it fixed) but it was worth it. You are right, the tent did hold up and i reckon it was simply rubbing against one of the many sharp rocks. At least it gave me a story to tell others! Thanks for the feedback, Chris

yip - gutted! Had to of been a rock as the wind cant of ripped it on its own? Great night though and kind of worth the pain. I thought Roni Size just fitted it perfectly.
