Nicole goes at a pace I can keep up with--and three days ago I was a couch potato! The only difficulty in this video is not looking at her while doing the bent over the ball work where you are to keep your head down--can't do that and watch her--so you may want to preview and then do the exercises with her the 2nd time through.

Hi! Could you pls tell me what type of dumb bells should I buy?. I saw them at Target something like between 3 pounds to 10 pounds. I weight 120 Lbs and 5'6" height. I have long arms not too tick. I would not like to look like Madonna, but have a nice and feminine shape and firm. Thank you a lot!

I have a qustion, when you roll forward is that the ball makeing that sound?
i dont have a fitness ball, so i just did it on the ground. is that okay?

@Laniie223 Yep, should be fine. You could also sitting on a chair for the seated portions.
