Usually if you combine various lineages they vociferously criticise you. they say things like, "You're digging one foot holes." I know this cause I've been the happy recipient of these comments for many years. Usually from "friends." but if you go ahead and publish it (spinal breathing, by the way, is kriya to which you are supposed to be sworn to secrecy from divulgin), if you are published they bow down to you. Ironic and an interesting study in human nature.

I bought the easy lessons for ectasic living ebook and the deep meditation audiobook and they are great! also very reasoanbly priced,highly recommended!
