@nlspe LOLOL you're fucking hilarious, good one. I'm not gonna waste my time arguing with some anonymous, pathetic, 12 year old, ignorant kid on youtube.

@nlspe let's start this off by telling you that I'm not a girl. secondly, I don't really give a crap. don't like how I answer things? sucks. but cool story, bro.

Thank you so so much for that info on the Fish Oil!! Now I know which one to get and the scarring for when I do have my surgery I know what cream to use. I also juice my veggies in the morning and fruit in the afternoon so I get my full servings and get the most vitamins.

@xpentagonx you're very welcome! :)
I've wanted to hear a naturopathic's opinion of Natural transitioning! Thank you so much. I've for a few years now taken supplements like fishoil, flaxseed oil, vitamins, and such but I am always a little more skeptical of the ones body builders use. Especially the fat burners - hydroxycut, lipo 6x, and animal cuts. I like the idea of NT much more than synthetic hormones but I still don't want to start til I learn more about these. What's your opinion of the fat burner Tristan recommends?

@CornBandit In general I would say some weight loss aids are good, some are not so good, and some are dangerous. Most have stimulants in them (caffeine, etc) which can seriously aggravate a pre-existing health condition that you may not even be aware you have. (a heart murmur, for example) Some stimulants are downright dangerous when taken for awhile (ephedra)
Others have 'proprietary blends' meaning they wont tell you how much of anything is in it. Bad for obvious reasons.

@CornBandit
When I rx them, I use strictly professional brands (NOT ones you can buy at your local health food store!) and ones that don't have high doses of stimulants. And of course when I do rx I have always done a full medical history and physical exam! To sum it up, in my humble opinion, the risks of over-the-counter fat burners outweigh the benefits for the average person.

I have a question regarding the calendula cream o.O my grandmother makes those into cream each summer and we do use them for cuts and bruises and they work perfectly,do you think they'd work on scars from surgeries?
