greattttt tutoriall, but may i add one thing: you forgot to edit the TV screen, the image jumps right to the scene when she runs... im jsut saying...and i understand the whole purpose of this tutorial was how to create the run-like-superman speed..lol

There's no need to duplicate 4 times the layers, that is a waste of time. This could be done with only 3 layers (girl running fast with masking tool and directional blur, girl walking before running and background).
