  • How many pullups could you do at that time? And how much weight could you add to a pull-up?

  • Not sure, probably between 17 and 20 and reps with 20kg added.

I do not believe you have to be able to do that many pullups before you can do muscle ups. Should be able to do it if you can do 8-10 pullups and have a little bit of explosive power.

  • Wow, you did them with good form too. That just goes to show how much easier it is for a well-conditioned body to learn skills! Thanks for posting this. :)

  • Thanks! No problem! Turned out to be a walk with my family and then some..:)

  • Nice job Bjorn!! I'm still trying to master the one legged squat...

  • Thanks! Just keep at it..it will be yours eventually!

  • Det hadde vært fett! Det må du filme!

  • Tyty! Neste blir muscle up-burpees eh? :)

  • Indeed, check out the "Kipping pull-up". Its adapted to generate more lift using your body's momentum and weight against Newtons first law. Its also the key as Bjorn suggested! Do a search for kipping, there are plenty of vids to demonstrate good technique.

  • imponerende babbis!
