"RocketSurgey" - Doritos Comp Entry 2009 Australia

I'm a nurse working at a hospital in Brisbane, Australia, and some nurse-colleagues and I created this ad entry for the recent Doritos competition. Web-posts have been scathing re. the way the comp. has been run and executed. No one has even seen our entry, 'cause it was apparently 'culled' in the final few days without being even seen by anyone (it never got onto the site, even though we uploaded it 5 full days before deadline!, so no one even got to vote for it - boo hoo). We were planning (if we were lucky enough to win, ha!!) to use the money to buy the hospital some equipment (a new ECG machine and a Bladder-Scanner), since we have only one of each for the whole hospital, and it would've made things so much easier for patient care, comfort and hey, might even have saved a couple of lives! It sure doesn't give you much hope for the reality of comps. Is everything in life a bullsh*t rip-off, or what?!?
