A method to make this mission really easy.
Stay on top of Karl's car and hook the military vehicles to the ground (in a way that they'll get of the road or fall of the bridge)

@PamSteveplusJesse Actually, in this game you cant directly shoot the driver just like that. even if you hit him through the windshield it will only count as if your hitting the car.
