  • I love crossfit ... it's fun to laugh at oneself every now and then.

  • Fantastic stuff! Crossfit has its purpose and can be fantastic, but unfortunately, some people don't really think about what they are doing to themselves...

  • iv been a personal trainer in los angeles for 20 years, this is some funny shit,

    their are many paths to fitness, cross fit is just one. it would not be my first choice, if i were a beginner, it is a shot gun approach. but if i had a year of learning the basics first, then a cross fit session once a week would be great. but every day. only if you want to blow a shoulder or knee/lower back out.
