- the President selects Federal Judges. Judges interpret the laws.. As in Citizen United.
- Dems select liberal judges. Republicans select conservative Judges. Conservative Judges make Citizens United type rulings.
- THATS the only reason you should vote Dem. Nothing else matters.

I'm pissed as hell about it. An individual mandate + no public option = disaster. It's been my worst nightmare from the beginning of what could possibly go wrong with tinkering with healthcare.
