  • awesome..........years ago discovered sandy bull in my parents eclectic record collection..disregarded then....my mom had me come by the house to help her throw some old stuff out including all her albums...i said no way im taking those..after years taking space at my house my wife wanted me to throw them away....i said no way and just bought a record player that hooks to computer and rediscovered sandy bull and many others that as a kid couldnt understand their greatness i will share these soon

  • As a big Sandy Bull fan I must say I am quite overwhelmed by your unusally capable hands. This is a trip, dude, as I'm sure it's supposed to be. And yes, the distortion actually adds to the experience. This is how it's done! Thank you!

  • This song has a really cool energy to it. I really enjoyed it. The recording isn't so bad. Hope you are doing well. Take care.

  • Listening to this song takes me back my friend. When you first posted it, I cant tell you how many times I listened to it. I hope you are still playing Christopher~~so beautiful!!

  • That was amazing! I'll have to check out this artist. You are very talented, new friend!

  • nice work! the distortion acctually makes it sound a litttle cool.

  • I have the vinyl with memphis on it, an LP I bought when it came out, whenever. he is/was amazing...

  • Richie Havens uses similar tunings, Open tunings. Nyway - Sandy Bull did an amazing arrangement of Memphis Tenesee that I haven't heard in years. A strange musician of mystical ideas.

  • ~~:)

  • next time bust out the oud :P
